The Loudest Voice

We blame others for judging us, or looking down on us ...... but the loudest voice, our worst critic, is he voice inside our own head ..... the one that tells us ...... "They think they are better than you", "You're so ugly", "You're so fat", "No one wants you", You're so stupid", "Why can't you do anything right" ...... It's no wonder we feel useless and worthless ......Until we quiet THAT voice we will believe only negative things about ourselves ..... others may think those things, but they may also think we are beautiful, amazing, smart and worthwhile ...... we only hear that voice that shouts the loudest ...... we forget to listen for the whispers of our spirit ............
